Extraordinary Tuna Avocado Melt

The flavors in this Tuna Avocado Melt are definitely extraordinary. Always use Tuna Guys Albacore for the freshest
and tastiest meal!

Ingredients
|
1 can of Tuna Guys Albacore Tuna (do not drain) broken up with fork
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP chives, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Roasted Red Pepper
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
3/4 to 1 Avocado
2 Mini Baguettes
4 Slices Havarti

Directions

Cut Baguettes lengthwise and toast all four halves under broiler.
Break up the Tuna Guys Albacore Tuna (with liquid) with a fork. Add the next five ingredients.
Chop the avocado and add it to the lemon juice to keep it from discoloring. Add to tuna mixture.
Spoon 1/4 of tuna mixture on each baguette half and place Havarti over the tuna. Place under the broiler
until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
