Mushrooms with Crabmeat

Ingredients

16 large mushroom caps
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups Tuna Guys Dungeness Crab, flaked
2 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Dip washed mushroom caps into melted butter.

2. Place caps side down in a buttered baking dish.

3. Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice and half of the bread crumbs.

4. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and dot with butter.

5. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Cooking Information

Makes 4 servings as a main dish casserole or 8 servings as an appetizer.
