Mushrooms with Crabmeat
16 large mushroom caps 1. Dip washed mushroom caps into melted butter. 2. Place caps side down in a buttered baking dish. 3. Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice and half of the bread crumbs. 4. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and dot with butter. 5. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings as a main dish casserole or 8 servings as an appetizer. Shopping Basket
