Phillip’s Crab Cakes

Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat ( 3-6oz. cans Tuna Guys Dungeness Crab)
1 egg
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Phiillips seafood seasoning
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except crab meat.

2. Fold in crab meat. Shape into cakes.

3. Pan fry or bake at 375 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
