Salmon Dish
Ingredients
2 cans Tuna Guys Red Sockeye Salmon
2 cans Tuna Guys Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 pkg. frozen brocolli, thawed
1/4 - 1/2 cup sherry
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pimentoes, chopped
White rice, cooked
Directions
1. Break-up salmon in square baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice; then cover with sliced hard
cooked eggs.
3. Break -up tuna over the eggs; cover evenly with broccoli
spears.
4. Mix sherry, mayonnaise and pimentoes with soup; pour
over the casserole.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of casserole. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Serve over white rice. |
