Salmon Dish
Ingredients
2 cans Tuna Guys Red Sockeye Salmon
2 cans Tuna Guys Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 pkg. frozen brocolli, thawed
1/4 - 1/2 cup sherry
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pimentoes, chopped
White rice, cooked
Directions
- Break-up salmon in square baking dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice; then cover with sliced hard
cooked eggs.
- Break -up tuna over the eggs; cover evenly with broccoli
spears.
- Mix sherry, mayonnaise and pimentoes with soup; pour
over the casserole.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of casserole. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve over white rice.
